Sanitization with ozone
To offer our guests a comfortable stay and a welcoming room, we adopt ozone sanitization that sanitizes, decontaminates and deodorizes the air. The sanitization of the rooms is done to every new customer.
Extraordinary measures
Greater cleaning frequency of common and non-common areas: reception, lifts, door handles, public toilets, swimming pool area and accessories. Availability of sanitizing gels in common areas.
Cleaning
Cleaning with specific products recommended by the Ministry of Health in circular no. 5443 of 22/02/2020: first cleaning with neutral detergent, after that cleaning with 0.1% sodium hypoclitus or 70% ethanol.
Sanitation
Sanitation of the linen supplied certified, to ensure that the fabrics subjected to washing and sanitization have undergone all the checks and analyzes (swabs on the outgoing linen, on the surfaces used, on the employees, on the vehicles, etc.) required by the relevant protocols.
